If your unit is over 12 months old, please fill out and return a copy of this return form with the unit. No returns on WKS or WKSL systems. Do not return via US Mail. For any unit under 12 months, please contact our service department. Do not return units over 10 years old.

Provide an air gap to avoid
Airlocks occur when bubbles in the pipeline gather at a high point in the system. If the water velocity is not greater than the rising velocity of the air bubbles, the air will remain in the pipe and cause a restriction.
